Green leaf of choice – we love romaine simply for the crunchy texture
Cucumber for additional crunch – just because!
Avocado for creaminess
Shredded grilled chicken
Crumbled feta or parmesan
Optional vegetables – red onion, celery, spring onion
Simply TOSS your greens and shredded chicken in a large bowl with a generous serving of Green Goddess making sure all ingredients are coated. Assemble your wrap – base spoonful of Green Goddess (because one helping of Green Goddess is not enough) and then layer your shredded chicken salad to the wrap. This really is one of our favourites.
Not feeling the wrap? Ditch it and enjoy the filling as a salad instead.
