TOSS is designed to go way Beyond the Salad Bowl - but it all started at the salad bar.

We loved everything about salad bar life: the grab-and-go ease, the smug feeling of picking wholesome ingredients, and, of course, the endless lineup of bold, flavour-packed dressings.

Our taste buds were thriving.
Our bank accounts? Not so much. £10+ a pop, three to four times a week (with the nearest salad bar a dangerously tempting five-minute walk away), things were getting out of hand.

So we tried recreating the magic at home - same ingredients, same smugness - but something was missing. What was it? The dressing. The sauce. The secret weapon that pulled it all together.

Cue hours wandering supermarket aisles, only to find the same boring suspects: vinaigrettes, ranch, the occasional sad Caesar. And don’t even get us started on the ingredient lists - gums, cheap oils, water? Hard pass.

So we took matters into our own hands. We started experimenting, recreating our salad bar favourites, and before long, we were whipping up unique blends - the kind that made even a sad bag of pre-washed leaves feel gourmet.

But we didn’t stop at leaves. We drizzled, dunked, spread, and experimented across everything: wraps, avo toast, sweet potato fries, even humble sandwiches.

Suddenly, home-cooked meals home-cooked meals were stealing the show. No more £10 lunch guilt. No more boring dressings. Our wallets and taste buds were finally in sync.

We put our blends to the ultimate taste test - one bite, one nod. TOSS had officially arrived.
