Simple Green Goddess (Salad)
Calling all Green Goddess’ – this green and nourishing salad will leave you looking and feeling like a Goddess. It’s fresh, light and full of flavour – the perfect lunch time salad or even side salad accompaniment to your pasta of choice or any protein.
All you need is your Green Goddess and these 5 ingredients.

1 head romaine lettuce
One ripe and creamy avocado
Cucumber for crunch
Hearts of palm
Crumbled feta for salt
Optional protein – grilled chicken breast

In a large salad bowl add your chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, avocado and hearts of palm. Crumble the feta on top and TOSS with your Green Goddess until all ingredients are coated.


Your tastebuds should now be dancing – enjoy!
