Sweet Potato Fries & Crunchy Chickpeas (DIP)

A healthy but gourmet plate to serve at your next dinner…

Sweet potato
Paprika
Turmeric
Chickpeas
Salt & pepper


Preheat the oven to 190. Wash and peel the sweet potato and cut into thin fries (1/2 cm) – in a large bowl mix the fries with paprika, turmeric and season. On a baking sheet cook for 35 – 40 minutes.


In the same bowl – mix the chickpeas with your spice mix of paprika and turmeric and season.

Add to the baking sheet with the fries and cook for 20 minutes.
Place your fries and crispy chickpeas on a large serving plate and drizzle with your Sweet Tahini Chick – serve with a side of sauce for a dip n dunk.
