Subscription Cancellation Policy

We want your TOSS subscription to be as flexible as possible.

You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

To avoid being charged for your next order, please make any changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. 

If your subscription has already been charged or your order has been processed, we'll be unable to cancel that shipment. However, any future orders can still be cancelled or amended.

As our products are food, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on subscription orders once they have been dispatched, unless the products are faulty, damaged or sent in error.
