Refund policy
We really hope you love your TOSS.
Because our products are food, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if something isn't right, we'll always do our best to make it right.
Damaged or faulty products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or there's an issue with your delivery, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Simply email info@toss-world.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product (where possible)
We'll investigate as quickly as we can and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect orders
If we've sent you the wrong item, we're so sorry! Please let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll get the correct products out to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
