Green Goddess Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pizza base
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- ½ cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 3–4 tbsp Green Goddess Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the pizza base instructions.
- Place the pizza base directly on a baking tray and bake until golden and crisp.
- While the pizza base is baking, prepare the salad: in a bowl, combine chopped lettuce, cucumber, and avocado. Drizzle with Green Goddess Dressing and TOSS until well coated.
- Once the pizza base is baked, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
- Top the pizza with the prepared Green Goddess salad, spreading evenly.
- Slice and serve immediately for a fresh, vibrant twist on pizza!
