Green Goddess Pizza

Fresh, vibrant, and herby – this Green Goddess Pizza is a crisp and creamy delight in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 3–4 tbsp Green Goddess Dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza base instructions.
  2. Place the pizza base directly on a baking tray and bake until golden and crisp.
  3. While the pizza base is baking, prepare the salad: in a bowl, combine chopped lettuce, cucumber, and avocado. Drizzle with Green Goddess Dressing and TOSS until well coated.
  4. Once the pizza base is baked, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
  5. Top the pizza with the prepared Green Goddess salad, spreading evenly.
  6. Slice and serve immediately for a fresh, vibrant twist on pizza!
