Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Order ProcessingÂ
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, dispatch may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
UK Delivery
We currently ship throughout the UK.
Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (where available).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
While we work with trusted delivery partners, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Address Details
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we're unable to take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or doesn't arrive as expected, please email us at info@toss-world.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We'll investigate and do everything we can to put things right.
