Welcome to TOSS! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from TOSS World Limited ("TOSS", "we", "our" or "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Orders are accepted once they have been packed and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where products are unavailable or payment cannot be authorised.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
While we do our best to ensure prices and product information are accurate, we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery timings are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Refunds
As our products are food, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@toss-world.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Product Information
We work hard to ensure product descriptions, ingredient lists and nutritional information are accurate.
However, recipes and ingredients may occasionally change. Customers should always check the packaging before consuming any product.
If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please read the product label carefully before use.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes:
- cannot normally be used together unless stated otherwise;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where a promotional code has been used incorrectly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photography, branding, logos, product names, graphics, copy and designs, belongs to TOSS World Limited or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOSS World Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
