Prawn Tortillas

Fresh, crunchy, and herby. Soft tortillas loaded with prawns, avocado, and a double hit of Green Goddess.

Ingredients
- 200g prawns, peeled
- 2 soft tortillas
- ½ avocado, sliced
- Handful of red or white cabbage, shredded
- Pickles, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3–4 tbsp Green Goddess Dressing
- Olive oil, for frying
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and fry the prawns until pink and cooked through. Season lightly.
- Warm the tortillas. Spread a layer of Green Goddess on each.
- Layer avocado slices, shredded cabbage, cooked prawns, and pickles.
- Top with fresh cilantro and a final drizzle of Green Goddess.
- Fold or roll the tortillas and dive in!
