Burrata Toasted Ciabatta

Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta, sliced
- Burrata or mozzarella
- 1 large beef tomato, sliced
- Handful of rocket
- 2 tbsp pesto
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 2–3 tbsp Viva La Vinaigrette
Method
- Brush ciabatta slices with olive oil and toast until golden.
- Spread pesto on both slices.
- Layer thick tomato slices and season well.
- Tear burrata over the tomatoes.
- Toss rocket with TOSS Viva La Vinaigrette and pile on top.
- Finish with an extra drizzle of vinaigrette.
- Close the ciabatta, press lightly and dive in!
