Caesar Butter Beans on Toast

Ingredients
- 1–2 slices of bread
- Butter
- 1 tin butter beans, drained
- 2–3 tbsp King Caesar
- Parmesan, grated
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Method
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little butter. Toast the bread in the pan until golden and crisp on both sides, then set aside.
- In a separate same pan, add the drained butter beans and cook gently for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
- Add the Caesar dressing to the pan and stir through the beans, allowing it to heat and coat them evenly.
- Place the toast on a plate and spoon the warm Caesar butter beans over the top.
- Finish with a grating of Parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.
