Chicken Caesar Schnitzel

Golden, crispy chicken schnitzel served with a classic Caesar salad, parmesan, and crunchy croutons.
Serves: 2
Time: 25–30 minutes
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp cornflour
1 egg, beaten
75g panko breadcrumbs
1 little gem or romaine lettuce, chopped
30g Parmesan, shaved or grated
2–3 tbsp TOSS King Caesar
Salt and pepper
Method
Flatten the chicken breasts, dust with cornflour, dip in the beaten egg, and coat in panko breadcrumbs seasoned with a pinch of salt.
Fry in a little oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside to rest.
TOSS your lettuce in King Caesar dressing.
Plate up your schnitzel and top with salad and sprinkle with parmesan.
Finish with an extra drizzle of King Caesar.
