Hispi Cabbage with Whipped Miso Butter

Buttery, creamy, and deeply umami. Caramelised cabbage with a silky miso butter.

Ingredients
- 1 hispi (sweetheart) cabbage, halved or quartered
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 2–3 tbsp TOSS Miso Magic
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Brush cabbage with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place cut-side down on a baking tray and roast for 15–20 minutes until tender and caramelised.
- Meanwhile, blitz or whisk softened butter with Miso Magic until light, smooth, and whipped.
- Once the cabbage is golden and crisp, add a spoon of the whipped butter directly onto it and let it melt.
- Place the cabbage on serving plate and drizzle over your remaining miso butter.
