Miso Glazed Salmon Bowl

Sweet, salty, and sticky – a 15-minute midweek dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 cup rice
- 3–4 tbsp Miso Magic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Squeeze of lime
- Handful chives, chopped
- Handful cashews, crushed
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Toss salmon chunks with Miso Magic, then place on a lined tray and bake for 15 minutes until sticky and golden.
- Meanwhile, cook rice until fluffy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together extra Miso Magic, soy sauce, honey, and a squeeze of lime.
- Plate the rice, top with glazed salmon, and drizzle over the dressing.
- Finish with a sprinkle of salt, crushed cashews, and fresh chives.
