Shredded Chicken & Miso Noodles

Ingredients
- 200g cooked shredded chicken
- 150g rice noodles
- ½ cup edamame beans
- 1 carrot, ribboned
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1–2 tbsp Miso Magic
- Olive oil
Method
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Warm shredded chicken in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
- Lightly steam or blanch edamame beans and prepare carrot ribbons.
- Toss cooked noodles with chicken, edamame, and carrot ribbons.
- Season with soy sauce or a drizzle of Miso Magic for extra umami.
- Serve with an extra pinch of chilli flakes.
