Sweet Tahini Chick Pasta

Creamy, nutty, and sweet – pasta topped with crunchy, golden chickpeas for the ultimate comfort bowl.

Ingredients
- 1 jar chickpeas drained & dried
- 200g pasta
- 3–4 tbsp Sweet Tahini
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (+ a pinch for the sauce)
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh basil
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Dry chickpeas thoroughly, then toss with Sweet Tahini, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper. Bake 12–15 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Warm a little Sweet Tahini in a pan with a pinch of chilli flakes.
- Toss the cooked pasta through the tahini sauce, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
- Bowl up the pasta and top with crispy chickpeas. Finish with fresh basil.
