Sweet Tahini Granola

Crunchy, nutty, and lightly sweet – perfect for breakfast or snacking, with a creamy hit of Sweet Tahini Chick.

Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- 45g flaked almonds
- 35g pumpkin seeds
- 50g pecans, chopped
- 40g flaked coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 40g maple syrup
- 3 large squeezes Sweet Tahini Chick
- 40g goji berries
Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking tray.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, coconut, and cinnamon.
- Whisk maple syrup with Sweet Tahini Chick until smooth.
- Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the granola onto the tray and press lightly to create clusters.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crunchy.
- Allow to cool completely (this is when it crisps up).
- Stir in goji berries and store in an airtight jar.
