Sweet Tahini Granola

Sweet Tahini Granola

Crunchy, nutty, and lightly sweet – perfect for breakfast or snacking, with a creamy hit of Sweet Tahini Chick.

Time: 35–40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200g rolled oats
  • 45g flaked almonds
  • 35g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g pecans, chopped
  • 40g flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 40g maple syrup
  • 3 large squeezes Sweet Tahini Chick
  • 40g goji berries

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking tray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, coconut, and cinnamon.
  3. Whisk maple syrup with Sweet Tahini Chick until smooth.
  4. Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the granola onto the tray and press lightly to create clusters.
  6. Bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crunchy.
  7. Allow to cool completely (this is when it crisps up).
  8. Stir in goji berries and store in an airtight jar.
