TOSS x Jason's Sourdough Caesar

A classic Caesar with crisp romaine, grilled chicken, jammy egg, sweet tomato, and Jason's golden sourdough croutons.

Time: 20–25 minutes

Ingredients

2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
1 large romaine lettuce, chopped
1 egg
150g cherry tomatoes, halved
2 slices Jason's sourdough for the croutons 
30g Parmesan,  grated
2–3 tbsp TOSS King Caesar 

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C and slice your sourdough into cubes and TOSS with olive oil. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cook the egg in boiling water for 7 minutes, then cool, peel, and quarter.
Grill the chicken until cooked through, then slice.
TOSS the romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes with King Caesar
Plate up with salad, top with the grilled chicken, egg, sourdough croutons and a grateing of parmesan.
Finish with an extra drizzle of King Caesar
